My big boy is 6! It's been fun to watch Dean grow up and change. His favorite thing right now is Batman, so it was pretty easy to decide on his cake. The Lego Batman and Cat Woman on top made his day.
Then it was Bentley's turn. My little baby turned 1. He sure gobbled up his cupcake. Even Dawson had a hard time keeping clean.
Jonathan's parents came to visit for General Conference weekend. Gary fully embraces and encourages Dawson's silliness. It's so fun to watch them together.
We took Gary and Ardith and the kids to the Fife city fall festival. It wasn't great, but at least the kids got their faces painted.
Here's what Jonathan does during Conference!
Gary and Ardith brought some weeds with them from Idaho called teasel weed. When Jonathan was little, they used these weeds to make spiders for Halloween. His parents were kind enough to bring some with them so our kids to join in on the tradition.
Bentley is a little obsessed with people's shoes. He puts them on his feet and crawls around the house. When people come over and their shoes go missing, we always know to go look for Bentley.
John and Matt Vogel are our home teachers. They faithfully come every month and let our boys crawl all over them. We love them and are grateful that they are so patient with Dean and Dawson.
